I was born the son of a Lutheran minister and kindergarten teacher in Sandusky, Ohio. I grew up in the Toledo area and graduated from high school in Novi, Michigan (Northwest Detroit). With a Major in History and a Minor in Music, I received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toledo in 1994. After working for a promotional products company at the Atlanta Olympics in 1996, I relocated to Phoenix to be close to my beautiful wife (to be) Angie. We were married a year later and today have two amazing kids, a six year old son and four year old daughter. I started a screen printing company on my patio in November of 1997. Our goal was and has always been to LISTEN to what people want and to view ourselves as partners in their success. Doing so gives us a sense of pride in seeing our Client’s businesses grow alongside ours. In 2005, Penny Royal Promotions, Inc. broke our yearly sales mark for the 8th straight year. We now employ seven full-time staff members and have expanded the company’s services to include embroidery and ad specialties. Angie became a loan officer in January of 2001. As her business expanded, her dependence on realtors grew as did my interest in what was happening with the Phoenix real estate market. In August of 2003, I became a full time Realtor and started down the rewarding path of helping people buy, sell and invest in their most valuable possessions. To say this is satisfying work would be a stretch because what we do rarely feels like work. The happiness of someone being handed the keys to their new house or of someone selling a house and opening another chapter of their life is more moving and exciting every time. |
